Love it except my remote doesn't work. I checked the battery to make sure I removed the plastic, I did. And I checked to make sure it was in the high or low position still nothing, I am sad I really want to order more of these.

Disappointed

The remotes did not work if you were more than 5 feet away. I had one light in an outside pen, it had gotten dew on it and never worked again. Both lights failled me within a month of purchasr

Very Bright

Great light, but the remote didn't work for ours.

Hi Gerri, Saw your note on the remote. I was hoping you could check a couple of things to confirm its not working properly, and if not I will send your a replacement. First, can you check to see if the remote's battery is in place and not blocked by a plastic protector. The battery opening is on the back of the remote at the bottom. Second, please make sure the switch on the light is set to either low or high and then try to use the remote. The remote should work in those settings, but not when the switch is set in the off position. If those things don't work please let me know and I will send you a replacement. Al Hudson Tucker
